Evan knows that you come first in therapy and his role is to help. Evan believes that when we learn to be honest with ourselves, life is happier, problems are solvable, and relationships are easier. He prefers a direct approach because self-exploration requires clear reflection. He is also patient because sometimes it takes a few tries to get to where we want to be. Breakthroughs in psychology can help us understand ourselves and our behaviors, so he seeks out advances in research and proven treatments to offer the best possible approach to your problem. However, not all of our issues have published solutions, so he wants to work together to find YOUR solution.

Zeke completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Social Work Degrees at University of Nevada, Reno. He primarily draws on techniques from somatic and cognitive behavioral therapies. Zeke understands there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, so he alters his approach to meet each person's unique needs. Zeke knows it takes a lot to reach out for help. Calling about therapy is a brave and important first step. Whether you are struggling with a specific problem, grappling with feeling anxious or depressed, or just need some assistance in navigating life, Zeke hopes to help his clients gain a better understanding of all their options so they can feel more confident taking next steps. Zeke works hard to create a non-judgmental space where you can explore what growth means to you, identify and change unhelpful patterns, and work towards accomplishing goals.
