Evan knows that you come first in therapy and his role is to help. Evan believes that when we learn to be honest with ourselves, life is happier, problems are solvable, and relationships are easier. He prefers a direct approach because self-exploration requires clear reflection. He is also patient because sometimes it takes a few tries to get to where we want to be. Breakthroughs in psychology can help us understand ourselves and our behaviors, so he seeks out advances in research and proven treatments to offer the best possible approach to your problem. However, not all of our issues have published solutions, so he wants to work together to find YOUR solution.
